E-commerce strategy based on data, sales funnel and growth charts

Store growth is a sequence of actions, not doing everything at once.

E-commerce strategy is an audit of your store, data and channels, then a clear growth roadmap: what to fix in conversion, where to recover margin, how to raise average order value (AOV), lower customer acquisition cost (CAC) and grow lifetime value (LTV). We don't sell theory. We prioritize based on numbers: unit economics, retention, acquisition channels and the buying journey.

Sound familiar?

The store works, but growth has stopped and you try everything at once without a plan.

You spend more and more on ads, margin melts, and you do not know if you even earn on a new customer.

You have data in Google Analytics, ads and the store, but you do not know what it means or what to do first.

From audit to a growth roadmap.

Store and offer audit

We check the offer, prices, categories, buying journey and places where you lose sales.

Data and unit economics analysis

We calculate margin, CAC, LTV and AOV, so we know whether and where you really earn, not just how much you sell.

Channel audit

We assess ads, SEO, email and marketplace: what brings customers profitably and what burns budget.

Priority roadmap

We order actions: quick wins, bigger projects and things NOT worth doing right now.

Recommendations with reasoning

Every step has a clear reason and expected effect, so you know why you are doing it.

Implementation support

We can deliver the plan with you or hand it to your team. Strategy without execution is just a document.

Service-specific questions

What exactly do I get after the strategy?

You get a clear roadmap for the coming months: what to fix, what to test, what to build and in what order, with reasoning behind each step and expected effect.

How long do the audit and strategy take?

A basic audit and roadmap usually take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on store size and access to data. Before we start, we say what we need from your side so the work does not drag.

Can you help implement the strategy?

Yes. Strategy alone is often not enough, so we split it into the first practical scope and deliver it with you or hand it to your team.

What store size does this make sense for?

It makes sense once you already have sales and data to base decisions on. For very small stores, we often recommend starting with one specific service instead of a full strategy, and we say that directly.

How is this different from a normal consultation?

A consultation is a conversation, a strategy is a concrete document with priorities, numbers and action order that you return to over the next months. We base it on an audit of your data, not generic advice.

What data do you work with?

Your data: store sales, ad data, analytics, email and marketplace. If something is missing, part of the strategy is setting up measurement so future decisions are based on numbers.

Does the strategy cover ads and SEO?

Yes, we assess all acquisition channels: ads, SEO, email, marketplace, and recommend where to invest. Execution in a given channel is handled as a separate service if you want it.

What if my problem is margin, not sales?

That is common. We look not only at revenue, but at margin, CAC and LTV, because growing sales with shrinking margin goes nowhere. The strategy can focus on profitability, not only growth.

I sell abroad, will you include international markets?

Yes. We run Natu across 27 European markets, so expansion, localization and differences between markets are part of the strategy.

How do you measure whether the strategy worked?

At the start we agree which metrics should improve: conversion, AOV, margin, CAC, LTV. The strategy shows what and how to measure, so you see return instead of acting on gut feeling.
